The plastic part is made of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) by rotational molding process. All metal pipes are made of 2mm thick Galvanized Pipes in accordance with GB/T 13793-2008. The entire platform is made of 2mm thick galvanized sheet in accordance with GB/T 13793-2008. It will be made of pure polyester raw material. Dry film thickness is kept in the range of 50-70 microns. Adhesion test (according to ASTM-D-3359) is performed with the help of cross-hatch cutting tools. Galvanized / SS / Allen Bolts / Button Head Allen Bolts and Nuts / Nylon Lock Nuts are used with PVC Bolt Covers. All open ends of the pipe are closed with GI / PVC caps for user safety against compression.

POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS
Low or common density linear polyethylene (LLDPE-Linear Low Density Polyethylene) is a thermoplastic used in various products.
It is a semi-permeable, softenable and highly durable polymer, and is a highly preferred product in the industry due to its low cost and high resistance. Polyethylene is classified into various categories based on its density and chemical properties.
Its mechanical properties depend on its molecular weight, crystal structure and branching type. Although its properties vary according to types; good resistance to external environmental conditions and moisture, flexibility, weak mechanical strength and superior chemical resistance can be listed as its general properties. Polyethylene products are used in the production of slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc.
In order to prevent color fading in polyethylene products, the ''Light Fastness'' test value of masterbatch dyes used to color polyethylene products should be 6 or above.
Product thickness should be minimum 6 mm in points exposed to pressure and friction, and minimum 4 mm in barrier and shade products that are not exposed to any pressure. The material should be distributed evenly and create equal thickness. The deviation tolerance of the wall thickness and dimensions of the products is 5%.
ELECTROSTATIC POWDER OVEN PAINT
In order to remove oil, dirt and rust that will prevent painting on all metal parts, the pores on the material will be opened with the sandblasting method, which is the most effective method, and the material will be made ready for painting in order to hold the paint better. ,
It will be done by spraying the fine ball material filled into a pressure-resistant cabin with pressurized air to open the pores where the paint will hold and to remove the oil, rust and dirt on the metal material.
After all the metal parts are manufactured, they will be coated with polyester-based electrostatic paint and then baked in an oven at 200-220 degrees for 20 minutes to complete the painting process.
After all the metal parts are manufactured, they will first be rinsed in a 5% concentration degreasing bath at 70 degrees for 10 minutes and then immersed in a 1% concentration iron bath at 50 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then, rinsing and drying processes will be carried out again, the material will be coated with durable polyester-based powder paint for electrostatic system exteriors and baked in ovens at 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes to complete the painting process. The entire product will be painted as a single piece after welding to prevent the welded areas from rusting.
